I started this product about a month ago, and I noticed it started working immediately. I have less cravings, and I don’t think about food nearly as much as I used to. I decreased my caloric intake by a big amount. I never feel hungry or starving. I can really feel the time release formula working all day.

I never write reviews but this product is awesome. I have been taking it (only one pill a day) for 3 days and am noticing a big difference. I still feel I need to eat but that gnawing hunger is gone. I feel full after a small sized portion and am not overeating. I am going to stock up on this hoodia for sure.

This hoodia has worked better for me then any I have tried in the past so I am a fan of this product. I travel alot and can get into stressful situations regularly which make me hungry. I dont want to gain unncecessary weight by grabbing fast food all the time and food often isnt available in my sales excursions. I like this product a lot because it helps curb my hunger and is time released so you get more help from it, so I am more comfortable when I can not eat but also; hey! I am eating less even when food is available so it is helping me lose weight. My wife has been impressed and is starting to use it too.

I am not super heavy but still wanted to lose about 36 pounds. I know that taking hoodia alone isnt going to make me lose weight unless I fight bad habbits of eating too much. Over the last 2 1/2 months, I have lost 16 pounds. I am using a diet pill as well. This product has helped curb my appetite. Nothing stops my appetitie all together but I found that super hoodia helps curb my cravings enought to help make a difference as I am eating less candy and pastries now.

I’ve been taking it for just shy of four weeks and I’m now at 194 lbs. I’ve lost 17 lbs!
The most amazing thing is that I just don’t think about food. It’s like the hunger switch got turned off.
I’ve gone from eating a big breakfast, a lot of snacks and a ton of drive-through fast food to eating a Balance Bar for breakfast, a grilled chicken salad for lunch and something small for dinner– like a can of vegetarian chili. If I do snack I’ll grab a handful of almonds, a banana or a couple carrots, and honestly, at times I have to remind myself to eat.
I haven’t had any side effects or the high/low blood sugar I always get when I diet. The truth is I don’t even feel like I’m dieting because the process has been effortless.
I only have 19 more pounds until I hit my goal weight and I’m calm and confident and I don’t feel like there’s any rush. That’s a huge change for me.
For someone who has always struggled with food issues, this is like a great extended vacation.

I was steadily gaining weight and not doing too much about it. I have a physical job so the thought of exercising after working construction has not been to appealing. My sister in law uses super hoodia and she gave me a bottle to use. I wasnt sure what to expect. Sometimes, meeting with my in-laws is enough by itself to make me lose my apetite sometimes but all jokes aside, this stuff works well enough that I bought my own set of 3 bottles and will continue to buy it. Sometimes, nothing stops my appetite but I found that this super hoodia stuff helps turn the tides often enough to make it a good product. I find it really helpful when I am working so I dont want to enhale every donut in sight. It is a pretty cheap price for the benefit you get.
